  • Description
  • Technical Indicators
  • Caveat
  • Application Areas:

    Applicable to cast iron and cast steel

    Product Features:

    • High strength;
    • Low free phenol content;
    • Fast polymerization speed;
    • Anti-peeling

    Product Packaging:

    Flake resin and granular resin: usually packed in 40 kg or 500 kg three-layer composite kraft paper bags with plastic film as the inner layer.

    Coating Process:

    Generally, the heating time of the raw sand should not be less than 3 minutes, and the temperature is best at 110-120°C. The resin strength is the highest. Do not add liquid plasticizers such as dibutyl phthalate. Otherwise, the fluidity of the coated sand will deteriorate, the melting point will be low, the strength will be low, and it will be easy to agglomerate during storage, and the strength will decrease. When shooting the core, the odor will become stronger, the core will be brittle, and during casting, it is easy to have defects such as choking and pores.

    Packaging and Storage:

    Usually use 40KG or 500KG kraft paper bags with plastic film as the inner layer. Storage should be placed in a dry and ventilated place, avoid direct sunlight, away from heat sources, and the storage temperature should not exceed 35°C.
