Usage:

Resin addition amount: Component I: 0.3%~1.0% (accounting for sand weight), Component I: 0.3%~1.0% (accounting for sand weight). The ratio of the two components is adjustable between (55-50): (45~50); the higher the component I, the sand core has higher initial strength and less gas generation; the higher the component I, the core sand can be used for a longer time. The final strength is high, the demoulding effect is good, the amount of pouring smoke and gas is large, and the risk of bright carbon and pore defects in rusted parts increases;

Catalyst dosage: usually 0.5~1.5KG/ton of sand. The factors that affect the catalyst dosage are: equipment, molds, sand core size and shape, sand temperature, and ambient temperature. Generally, the dosage of catalyst is the smallest in summer and the largest in winter.
