    Application:
    In industrial construction and equipment anti-corrosion projects, adhesive is a very important anti-corrosion material. It is used to bond bricks and smear the overall surface layer. YJ-Ⅱ furan adhesive is made of furan resin and furan powder in proportion. It has a brown-black appearance, strong bonding strength, and good corrosion resistance, especially the acid-base alternating corrosion resistance is better than epoxy adhesive and polyester adhesive. YJ-Ⅱ furan adhesive uses YJ furan resin adhesive to inlay acid-resistant tiles to form an overall anti-corrosion surface layer, which can effectively prevent corrosive media from corroding concrete floors and structural components.

    Construction method and acceptance specifications:
    1. Considering that the mixed cement, mortar and FRP glue must be used within 40 minutes, the amount of furan resin in each batch of cement is preferably 2-3 kg; furan powder should be added first, and then YJ-Ⅱ furan resin glue should be added. After strict calculation (YJ-Ⅱ furan resin: YJ-Ⅱ furan powder = 1:3), it can be used after being fully stirred. When the ambient temperature exceeds 30 degrees, the amount of each batch should be appropriately reduced
    2. Do not add other curing agents to the cement. (YJ-Ⅱ furan powder already contains curing agent)
    3. The consistency of the cement for lining acid-resistant plates can be tested at the beginning of construction to ensure that the operation is suitable. If it is found that the consistency does not meet the construction requirements, it can be adjusted appropriately, but it must not be added with YJ-Ⅱ furan resin glue after the initial setting of the cement or when it becomes thick and hardened.

    FRP CONSTRUCTION

    Application:
    Furan resin FRP is used for the isolation layer of tanks, trenches, equipment foundations and integral FRP products in anti-corrosion projects. FRP is a composite material made of YJ-Ⅱ furan resin as a binder and glass fiber (glass cloth, tape, etc.) as a reinforcing material. It is generally called reinforced plastics abroad and is also called fiber reinforced resin in my country. FRP has excellent corrosion resistance, high strength, and easy molding. It is widely used in the field of chemical equipment anti-corrosion and industrial buildings and structures anti-corrosion projects.

    Construction method and acceptance specifications:
    The adhesive liquid for making YJ-Ⅱ furan FRP is composed of YJ-Ⅱ furan liquid and furan FRP powder, and the ratio is as follows:
    YJ-Ⅱ furan liquid: YJ-Ⅱ furan FRP powder = 1:0.5 (weight ratio)
    The glass cloth (glass fiber) used to make YJ-Ⅱ furan FRP powder can be selected according to the purpose
    The wear and corrosion resistance of YJ-Ⅱ furan FRP is the same as that of YJ furan resin mortar.
    The production process of YJ-Ⅱ furan FRP can refer to other resin FRP.

    INDUSTRIAL PICKLING TANK

    Application:
    Concrete made with YJ-Ⅱ furan resin material can be used to make industrial pickling tanks, electrolytic cells and other acid-resistant tanks. Its excellent corrosion resistance, impact toughness and strength greatly extend the service life of the equipment and have been recognized by more and more factories and mines.

    Construction method and acceptance specifications:
    1. For the material ratio of YJ furan resin concrete, please refer to the ratio table;
    2. The technical indicators of YJ furan resin concrete refer to YJ-I furan resin mortar;
    3. The construction of YJ furan resin concrete must comply with the provisions of Chapter 6 of YBJ215-88 "Construction and Acceptance Procedures for Furan Resin Anti-Corrosion Engineering".
